What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how QBOS treats personal information that QBOS receives and collects, including information you provide related to your past use of QBOS products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. Personal information also includes non-public information that: (i) is or would likely be personally identifiable, and (ii) has not been designated through such service as information that may be shared with others.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that QBOS does not own or control or to people that QBOS does not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use


QBOS collects personal information when you register with QBOS, when you visit QBOS pages or the pages of certain QBOS partners, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. QBOS may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

When you register we may ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. Once you register with QBOS and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

QBOS collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners, including information about your use of services that we offer.

QBOS automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, QBOS cookie information, and the pages you request from our servers.

QBOS' servers are located both inside and outside the United States, and data may be processed and/or stored by any QBOS server at any time.

QBOS does not knowingly contact children under age 14 or ask a child under age 14 for personal information.

If QBOS discovers that a child younger than the age of 14 has provided QBOS with personal information, QBOS will take steps to delete such information from its system.

QBOS does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you have explicitly requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

California Residents

California laws permit registered users who are California residents to request certain information regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To request such information, please e-mail us.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

QBOS may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your QBOS account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
